Hether Flores Lugojanu began her career in the water damage restoration industry in 1992, building company infrastructure across various departments, including customer service, project management, and marketing. In 2014, she founded Express Air Testing Inc., a woman-owned family business specializing in asbestos, lead, mold, combustion byproducts, and bacterial assessments, with a focus on industrial hygiene and ensuring safe environments for all. As president, Hether manages daily operations, strategic planning, business development, and account and public relations. A regular speaker at the Combined Claims Conference, and a member of the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors, SDIAA, and Claims Education Panel. Hether’s expertise includes public speaking, business development, IICRC water restoration procedures, asbestos & lead regulations.
