General Meeting & Training Session 1/9/2024

The outgoing President, Christopher Ortiz, and President-Elect Frank Drevdahl will host the January 9th General Meeting and Training session. The meeting venue is Lambert Park at 11431 McGirk Avenue, El Monte, CA 91732. Our Chapter tradition is to conduct the swearing-in ceremony for the Board of Directors and Executive Board members at the January meeting. We will thank Christopher Ortiz (outgoing President) for his service in 2023 and welcome Frank Drevdahl as the new President for 2024.

Training Title: Preparing For The Next Step In Your Career – Career Advancement
Christopher Ortiz and Frank Drevdahl will moderate a discussion on preparing for the next step in your career or career advancement. We hope to have some managers, superintendents, executive managers and supervisors or if you are on the path to becoming one attend this training session to gain insight into career advancement. It is essential that our members bring their field staff members to this training session. Each field staff member has the potential to become a future leader, and this career advancement training will equip them for their leadership roles in the future.
