This will be the main platform for the event and where we will post agendas, room assignments, make announcements and you can connect and interact with Conference Attendees.

VENDOR SETUP

Vendor setup is as follows:

September 23 - Vendor Set Up - 12pm-4pm

September 24 - Vendor Exhibit and Trade Show 8am-4pm

September 25 -  Vendor Exhibit and Trade Show 8am-12pm

September 25 -  Vendor Exhibit and Trade Show Breakdown  12pm-3pm

 

Indoor Booths - one table and 2 chairs

Outdoor - Setup not included.  We suggest a pop-up, table, chairs and all your info.

We will be providing security through a contracted security company to ensure the safety of your booth and equipment.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING -

If you would like to ship items to the venue, and to ensure important packages are handled properly, we suggest that you ship them no more than three (3) days prior to your scheduled functions. Please have all packages clearly labeled as follows:

Package handling and storage fees will be as follows:

Guests/vendors can be billed individually for packages, via personal charge or to their room if they have one.
