The attached "MSA Education Brochure" was prepared and provided by the MSA's Executive Board as information and use by all MSA Chapters.  The brochure provides information for individuals to earn a "Public Works Specialist Certificate" while taking self-paced, on-line courses.  Online training courses are an excellent way for you and your staff members to develop one's educational background in preparation for future personal growth at your place of employment. We encourage you to review and share the brochure with your staff members.
