To apply for membership to the Los Angeles Orange Area Chapter of the MSA, fill out the application below. Sending your application will begin the membership process.

- All membership applications are subject to review by the chapter board.
- Board meetings are held at the end of each month.
- If we require additional information, we will contact you.
- Once the board approves your application, we will request payment for your annual dues.
- When we receive your payment, your membership will be active.

Regular Member: (Public Agencies)
Employed at least 6 months in a government agency in a supervisory capacity in the operation and maintenance of streets and highways and/or public facilities Vendor Member: (Individual Partnership or Corporation)
Serves in a vendor capacity and demonstrates an interest in the purpose and objectives of the Association Lifetime Member: (Individual or Corporation)
Open to all members in good standing who have retired from active service and continue to demonstrate an interest in the purpose and objectives of the Association
